Finding it hard to stick with

Good premise for a book, but singular perspective is very narrow. Young man closes everyone out of his life that loves and supports him. Couldn't finish it.

Couldn't make it through the prologue

This is a delightful story! It's rare to find an author this thoughtful. I was drawn to the characters immediately and not disappointed as I journeyed with them.

I finally just stopped reading this book, the content being too intimately evil. The themes of torture and sexual abuse were too pervasive and I began to wonder at someone who could imagine and write about such things. I'm sure I don't want to.

This is one of the best books I've heard.
