This is the second time I've read this book. The important parts were read first and just those have been enough to make an enormous difference in reducing the negative thoughts and cognitive distortions an incredible amount.This appears to be a skill much like riding a bike -- you never forget, but after a long hiatus you're a bit wobbly for a short while and then things start to click and away you go. Steady on.
