This is the hardest book I have ever read. Because her stories are sooo similar to mine and I too felt those humiliating, lonely feelings... I could not go through a chapter without feeling down or without looking back at my life through a new perspective. It is just hurtful...

I have recently discovered that I might be on the spectrum, maybe have Asperger's syndrome?

This books is really hard to get through. Not because it was badly written. Because its too true. Some of the harms I had inflicted on myself, without knowing. This book has all that and more. Cognitive empathy, I don't have that. And I always get judged because of that and more. I have gone long time undiagnosed

"If you notice tension in your forehead or jaw, scrunch up your eyes and face, then stretch your mouth wide open before relaxing the face completely. Stay here for five to ten minutes, enjoying the fact that there is nothing to do but breathe. If you're worried about falling asleep, set an alarm. Make this daily practice, specially when you're dealing with high level of stress or willpower demands. "

His childhood memories are intriguing and yet bit sad... Good, easy to understand and follow writing style. I read it usually when I am in a bus, and it keeps me smiling :)

Emma Gantulga is 20% done with The Encyclopedia of Psychoactive Plants: Ethnopharmacology and Its Applications
I mean, this is a huge book! Encyclopedia, its not something you finish in one sit or read it once and never look back. it is something you have to come back when you hear something interesting. Don't get me wrong, but learning about all these properties of plants are sort of intriguing.. Mother nature is full of surprises!

I think this is little over the top book for me at this time and at this state of my knowledge. Will put this aside little bit, once I am done with MOOC electronics and programming courses I will come back and pick it up.
