What a ride. This is a very long book, but so far it moves along nicely. I am listening to it on audio the narrator is very adept at the voices and setting the mood. Erin's reactions are somewhat, I imagine, like mine would be - "I hate this world!"

The Herald series is like a good friend. I re read these books about every 3 to 4 years and love them like I did the first time. Mercedes Lackey is a wonderful author and storyteller.
