I am LOVING this book so far!

Brilliant....this book will change the world

Couldn’t finish it. Beppe seems only to scratch at the surface of things, never digging deep enough to make this satisfying. The concept was good - telling tales of travelling around the world by train - and technically it was good, but what I did manage to get through left me unsatisfied.

This book is a DNF for me. I can’t go further than page 42. There’s an overwhelming sense of urgency/mania as the protagonist has just witnessed a murder. Kudos to the author for conveying that, as I guess that’s his intention. There isn’t enough to really grab me, though. I can’t read more than two sentences without my mind wandering elsewhere. I may or may not give this one a go at some other point.

DNF at page 47. I found it boring

Highly anticipated (by me).....I’m more than 1/3 through and I’m still waiting for it to GRAB me

I’m halfway through this book. I’m not eloquent enough to be able to describe what it is that I love about deWitt’s writing style. All I know is that....I feel HAPPY reading this book.

This is my 4th deWitt. If you’ve never read anything by him, DO IT!
