signal of bad company: Only has one customer

Signal of bad companies:
Buying stocks of other companies other than invest in its own business

To reach a decision of buying or selling, a stock should be analyzed both its past behavior and the posibility of its changing in the future.

The investor can be imaginative and gain a big profit if his vision is proved sound by the event or suffer a substantial risk for miscalculation.
Or The investor can also be conservative and refuse posibilities that are unproved but he also has to prepare for missing golden opportunities.

3- Financial strength
4-Dividend record

Check a broker/ financial analyst .... very carefully before hiring him as your advisor.
