started out liking it but there’s so little consistency/plot points keep getting abandoned (Burning Reaper was utterly nothing). characters are being real dumbasses. and not in a cute “why are we like this” way, in a “I know the assassin is headed east but it’s almost dinnertime so let’s go west to home”

so damn repetitive how is it not even halfway done?? should just DNF really

If Maureen wants Edgar to be forced to abdicate, she would be encouraging Carter to keep trying so that he’d fuck up enough that Edgar would have to step down from the scandals/poor reputation.
HOW is her telling Carter he should go home—which would make Edgar sad, but be better for his public image—helping her “clear the path” for Gerald to be king????? it doesn’t make any sense ffs
