Into Unit 2 already. I did learn some basic German at school, which helps as it's currently going over words and phrases I already know. I have the edition with the 2 CDs included. It always helps to hear a language when you're learning/revising it.

A bit of an odd one as Unit 11 is optional, so we skip straight from Unit 10 to 12. But complex numbers are not so mind-boggling as I thought they would be.

It's good so far.

Haven't updated this for ages, but I am now finally nearly finished Unit 8.

Enjoying this more than I thought I would. The book nerdery helps, as does having a relatable female lead who is not the typical ditzy shopaholic that you find in a lot of these stories.

Second reading as I redo the course. Doing much better this time round.

So far, lots of going out for dinner. But some interesting odd bits here and there.

Into Unit 5 now. Again.

Into Unit 3 now. Getting along well with the re-take.

Re-taking the module, so starting again with the books. Working through Unit 1 quite quickly so far, most of it is revision of the basics and things that were covered in MU123 that are relevant to this module.

This is one of those where I wish I didn't already know how this story ends. Equally, knowing the gist of what will happen makes it interesting to really explore the characters in more detail.
