This book is missing a little jennie (je ne sais quoi) that I can’t quite put my finger on but I’m not super loving it. Maybe it’s the dating show concept, I’m not too sure but I am waiting for the enjoyment to hit

I realized my Goodreads edition had the wrong page count I still have 100ish pages left in my version I think I switched it

I unfortunately did not finish it today but I came close. If I was willing to be tired tomorrow I could’ve, but I didn’t want to go to bed past 1am when I get up at 6. I need this book to end because I need to know nothing else can happen to these characters. Part 5 ends on a crazy cliffhanger I truly don’t know how I found the ability to not flip the page. Ready for more pain tomorrow!

I literally have 12 hours left of this audiobook and it’s already 1pm but the delusional part of me thinks I can finish this book today

I’m in book hiatus rn while A Little Life takes up my every waking thought. 11/22/63 ebook is paused, acosf audiobook is paused, mistborn paperback book club is delayed, i had to start this book for something fluffy to read right before bed because a little life is making me so sad and I can’t fall asleep thinking about Jude (this update isn’t even about this book I’m sorry)

This book physically hurts to read, I can feel my heart breaking more and more with every page. When I’m reading I’m so in the book and can’t stop. When I’m not reading I’m thinking about the book and processing what I’ve read and it hurts all over again. I need to finish this asap because I don’t know how much longer I can read this devastating of a book and be in this headspace

Final book in my audiobook reread in anticipation of book 6 next month! I love Cassian so so much and I’m a big fan of Nesta’s story/growth I truly saved the best for last

I don’t understand how this girl starts crying and doesn’t realize it. I think this is the third time I’ve read some variation of “i lifted my hand to my cheek and found them wet? I guess I’m crying” hello don’t you know if you’re crying

My favorite trope: just one bed
My least favorite trope: just one bed but the narrator is a reader that acknowledges how it’s overdone in books

Trying to speed through this book because I’m currently reading two fake dating books rn 🙈 luckily my coworker/boss-ish literally told me to “just chill out” between my tasks (I’ve had to do something once an hour all day today and each hourly thing only takes about 10 minutes to set up)

He might be the most boring monotone man of all time (but don’t worry he’s tall, although you probably wouldn’t know that fascinating fact because it’s not like Olive doesn’t say it minimum 5 times a chapter)

New audiobook before the movie comes out

All caught up! Going to go back to reading physically unless I decide otherwise

I’m about halfway through part one (aka halfway through the part I’ve already read) and I still think this book is boring but my goal is to read at least through part 2 before making any decisions to DNF again. I don’t understand the point of having chapters within the parts if each chapter is 45 pages but whatever

I’m going to re-attempt this book since I’ve gotten a lot more into fiction over the past year. I have the audiobook (it’s over 31 hours long!) and I’m going to listen to part one (what I read originally) and probably physically read the rest of it. I remember the first part being boring but I’m quite interested to see how the rest of the story goes (solely because of the reactions I see online)

This might be a top 3 favorite scene of the entire series (Cassian and Feyre being besties decorating for solstice)

I literally know everything that happens this is my third time rereading this but my heart is still pounding and I’m sweating I can’t pay attention at work

Onto the third part of the graphic audio! I have mostly been listening to this in the car on my way to/from work but I remembered I only had about ten minutes left of part 2 and wanted to get it done before I drive to work again so I don’t have to fiddle around trying to start part 3 mid drive

261 pages into this book and I still can’t tell what i think about it

Reading this after reading ToG and CC is blowing my mind

I am definitely not giving this book the respect it deserves I’m reading too many other good things at same time right now. It feels like my forgotten side piece

I finished part 4 at like 11:30pm last night and I think my heart is still pounding at 9am the next day
