Her writing is blunt with a raw sort of truthfulness? I’m enjoying so far - but I’ve never watched Girls, nor relate to her “20’s experience”. But maybe that’s the point. Some lines really point to the harsh realities of being in the spotlight and the expectations she was faced with being in her position (creator, writer, actor).
