I hate not finishing books once I’m at least 100 pages in, but I might have to put this one down. I came here for encouragement since it somehow received such good reviews. I find the legal details and the step by step nature of the investigation to be so dry and repetitive. I’m waiting for something compelling to happen as the first chapter suggests, but it continues to bore me. Should I finish??
