I was reading this at my desk on my lunch break at work, got so absorbed I forgot where I was, and essentially slapped myself in the face when I put two and two together and arrived at an especially dramatic (and juicy!) four.

Every so often I'll bump into a poem that makes me feel like I need to trade in my brain, or shake it, or something, because I cannot for the life of me understand it. I'm sure it is something profound. If I could just understand it.

I just love how Klune writes and Henning voices the internal monologue's dry chaotic energy so well, I'm so invested already

I forgot how much I adore Stiefvater's writing style, like...wow. It's satisfying to read in the way that a good meal would fill me up and make me happy? Idk really how to explain it.

I'm not sure if this is because I have to read this under time pressure (library return looming), but it's kind of dragging a bit at the moment... Also I now see what people were saying re: the PDA. The first was alright, but as it goes on I keep hoping there's not going to be another instance! (Especially as it's an audiobook, so it's not as easy to just skip and not miss important plot/character information.)
