this is so fucking funny are you kidding

absolutely diabolical to misspell the word "craic" and even if it was on purpose it pisses me off

of course we couldn't have misogyny without homophobia also. of course

why is it that every time someone tries to explain basic human necessity to Ryan he's written to act like he doesn't get it.... he gets it! he just doesn't care!!! there is a difference!!

i wanna know if john shirley has ever met a woman

cannot believe this man used the word "diddle" unironically and despite the fact this is very Written By A Man-core, i only care when the female characters show up.. brother what is going on

men write sexual attraction in a less objectifying and gross way challenge failed for the umpteenth time in a row

despite how some of this is written, I am enjoying the prequel to BioShock events and the "long live Captain Frank Fontaine" bit is quite good

naming a character McDonagh and then not making him Irish is criminal but what the hell. sure

katniss not knowing how to experience a normal human emotion: what I feel towards peeta is not worthy of being called love even though it consumes me and hurts me and fuels me

i will say, i do not remember katniss straight up looking into the camera through the book and telling the audience what the song means like i straight up forgot it was That heavy-handed. considering it's a book for 15 year olds to get, though, i don't mind it, like. we're in a literacy crisis, every little helps

reading about gale going "hey I simply think your prep team should die cause they're from the capitol but I'm not trying to start a fight" and ur telling me over a decade ago I was supposed to root for this guy as katniss' potential partner.... brother, he is short-sighted and misinterprets their relationship constantly

"I just want to spend every possible minute of the rest of my life with you" cool. cool. killing myself with quickness and haste

so close to seeing my best friend finnick o'dair again

idk man I feel like gale professing his love to katniss and then meeting her inability to reciprocate it with his proportionate punishment (silence, sulking, disgust) is what always threw me off this guy, at least when it comes to who's better suited for her. he's right in so many areas except that one

still as good as it was when I was 14 mhm yup

katniss being so traumatized she's unable to comprehend peeta being a genuine person with feelings for her: oh the misery, everybody wants to be my enemy

happy new year 2012!

why is this book making me emotional halfway through omg this is meant to be silly "fantasy french quebec and fantasy liverpool share new railway line: the book"
