This may seem like an odd reading choice. I've been reflecting on my past, and once upon a time the Secret resonated with me, although I now find the Law of Attraction problematic. Someone from my past have likened SGI Buddhism to this philosophy and the prosperity gospel. I think that comparison is not entirely fair or accurate, but I'm trying to understand myself from 12-13 years ago and why this appealed to me.
