I was given an eARC of 1/3 of this edition.

I wish I could review the full Grimoire Edition because this was beautiful. The story pulled me in instantly (I'm a sucker for a young witch tale), but what really struck me from page 1 was the artwork. Shirahama's style reminds me of old-school fairytale illustrations. The detail and lushness reminded me at times of the Don Bluth style of animation from the 1980s.

Overall, I'm still enjoying this. There are definitely some non-period words/phrases used and some questionable history, but the illustrations are gorgeous.

So far I'm enjoying this Webtoon. There have been some anachronistic word choices, but it does seem to be lessening as the episodes move further along.

I'm really enjoying this Webtoon. The more the world builds out the more fun it is. I love all the main characters and at this point some villains are getting introduced as well.

Done with Chapter 1. Very cute so far. Not sure how I feel about the uncle. He seems whimsical but also a bit unhinged.
