It’s funny what little remakes make me realise this book really is just smut and not a well researched outlander historical romance.
Example 1. Reference to music and rushing the “sixteenth notes” despite it being set in the UK and the term used for said rhythms being semiquiavers. Now I’m reminded an American wrote this book as fetishised UK smut and I’m sad lol
