Every bit as stupid as a Benny Hill episode, without the philosophy and peppy music but with quadruple sexism to make up for it. I’m not sure if the author has never interacted with a woman outside the context of a fast food order or if they just hate women en masse. DNFing this complete waste of a book.

Seriously, super bully behavior, unnecessary need to have people who don’t know who he is acknowledging he is the strongest in the land and most important person. I might be done with this series.

Sigh. Clearly stupid decisions make me want to dnf after throwing my book. I’ll give it a bit more but this is stupid and irritating.

It is okay. It seems to be moving faster than expected for MC power development and those around the MC seem to react oddly. But I get so distracted by the one dimensional characterization (mostly objectified) of women and the large dose of male-equivalent Mary sue wish fulfillment that every woman wants the MC and catfights each other over a dopey guy.

Uhh, I call BS. There are plenty of Tesla superchargers between NYC and central Texas - I mapped it in ABRP to double check. So nobody has to resort to … extension cords to a gas station wall outlet. There are level 2 chargers if you get that desperate, but I didn’t bother mapping them. I’m seriously disappointed in Tal. GIGANTIC inability to suspend disbelief here.
