Trying to finish the book so I can finish the movies. As an exercise I’m rewatching the 1950 DISNEY movie and watching the 1990 movie with CHARLESTON HESTON and a very young CHRISTIAN BALE, incrementally why re-reading this book.

I haven’t read this since it was required reading in HUMANITIES at MORGAN STATE UNIVERSITY. Now finally 100 years later #AmReading again.

This is the end of Chapter 7 and WOW, it was mostly a summary of the “confession” of the accused murderer who’s now on Death Row. That coercion by the police wasn’t physical. It was all mental and they “ran a number” on the accused to get him to confess.
