So apparently, someone in the neighborhood decided that the package on my door was worthy of stealing, then found it was a book and READ it and the RETURNED it. Weird. Hope they liked it. I won it in a Goodreads giveaway. Now I get to finally read it.

The cover on the version I received (first reads win) is different, but I like it better anyway. :)

first trip to france, right through the battle lines! unbelievable.

developing into the kind of book you read slowly because it's engrossing and thought provoking.

finished chapter one. this books seems very promising. :)

I will finish this book this time.
