Cass is reading The Death of Ivan Ilych
Fairly quick to read, but I am not sure what the hearty recommendations are all about. This might be a good introduction to thanatology, but I didn't encounter anything new here.

Cass is finished with **SIGNED** YOU CAN'T KEEP A GOOD WOMAN DOWN : Short Stories
A good collection of no-punches-pulled short stories. You won't so much be entertained as enlarged.

Cass is finished with A Good Friend for Bad Times: Helping Others Through Grief
This was a good and helpful book written by a dear friend and instructor. This was probably not the best week for me to read it. Or maybe it was. I admitted a few days ago on my blog that I still have significant grief work to do, and the book did affirm that however long it takes is however long it takes. So there's that.

Good book, and a quick read given the length.

Cass is finished with Instant Enlightenment: Fast, Deep, and Sexy
Quick, thought-provoking read. Make sure you are ready to bump your "realness" up a notch when you pick it up. This one is going on my once a year every year shelf if it's still in print.

Cass
Cass is finished with Sadomasochism
The first 20 pages of this book are good for a historical review of the art and literature surrounding sadomasochism, but the last 50 pages of this 70 page book are absolute shite.
