I don’t have the best relationship with “popular” books.
So.
Here goes nothing…

Can’t believe it’s been 14 years since I’d first read this!

Really not a fan of the main character, Daphne, so far. Something about her grates on my nerves.

Not a fan of Amy so far.

Katie is such an annoying character! She just never quits 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hate to say it but I’m really not a fan of this narrator. Her voice is starting to give me a (literal) headache. Might see if I can get a physical copy of this book from the library.

I’d almost forgotten how obnoxious Gabe is.

Book pet peeve= Undisciplined, bratty kid characters. The adult characters are indifferent to it or find it funny.

Said kid’s mom isn’t too much better 😒

Somebody get that girl some Visine. She blinks at him waaay too much. 😑

I know of preschoolers who are more mature than Lucy and Co. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Could Lucy and Abby be any more annoying?! (My guess is yes since I just asked that 🤦🏻‍♀️)

This is going a little slow. Hopefully things (really) pick up soon!

I really like this series, but this book is all over the place. :/

This woman is frustrating me! So much could’ve been avoided...

I don’t know how much more I can take. This woman is one of THE worst heroines that I have read about. I truly hope her character develops or this will be a DNF for me.
