Reread before book 2!!!

Gotta reread the first two before the final in the trilogy comes out!!

Starting my reread a little later than intended 😬

Putting on hold. I’m getting bored and don’t care much anymore. I’ll come back to it.

65 more pages to go and really, really enjoying this one!!

So convenient…they’re in the middle of a demon realm but Jace just happened to have a condom on him so he and Clary could finally have sex for the first time. 🙄🙄🙄

When your 4th grader is reading one of your favorite childhood books in class, you’ve just got to read it, too. 😁

It’s sooooooo painful.
I’ve been reading this for six days and I’m still only halfway. The original is just so easy to read because it’s nostalgic for me. This?! Ugh.

Cannot wait to finish this. It’s incredible how much I don’t care about the characters. I’ve only pushed through in the hopes it’d get better. I also don’t want two DNF in a row.

Because when you hear the premise of this book you can’t NOT read it.

OK…now to reread and figure out the Easter eggs and everything I missed the first time.

When you read a book for the first time a couple months ago then reread it right before the next in the series comes out and then go right back to another reread because you want to find all of the easter eggs you missed after reading book 2.
Yeah…story of my life right now.

I have never had this much anxiety while reading a book before. Since I began reading this book, it’s all I can think about. I’m stressed about the characters while reading and while busy doing other things. I can’t wait to pick it up again but get nervous to pick it up, too. 😩

All I want to do is read. I want to forget every other responsibility in my life and read. I’m only 1/3 of the way through because life.
