Just on a little break, starting to feel the overwhelming feelings so needed a little breather.

I am just at the start but am so excited to get further in to this story.
I love world building, magic, and dark Gothic themes and so far that is exactly what I am feeling.
I love JR Ward and the BDB. The Warden's ability to world build and tell a story has always hooked me, and I am definitely feeling the vibes!

It's been a hot minute since last in the Rinaverse. And it only took Vaughn's story to lure me back. And I am loving every fiery second!

I still do not like Lia, I find nothing redeeming about her.

OK I am definitely getting the constant backstory now. And it is working. It's just wow. So much pain. So much.
But I am loving this story!

I have really become a huge Keri Lake fan since reading Nocticadia. And while I am enjoying the darkness and intrigue of this story, I really am not a fan of alternating chapters going pack in the past. I understand it gives you more of sense who Lucien is, but it's getting a bit tiresome.

Sigh... we're at the 3rd act break up that Cam is causing. It literally makes no sense.

So Cam is a doormat basically.

Well of course I had stop reading everything else to start this. Been waiting so long for this release, and it's the last in the series. Looking forward to Cam and Dusty's story.
