I’ve never read such a unique fantasy book and I can already tell it’s going to blow my mind

oh the FEMALE RAGE in this one is real

Gracias tía for the rec I’m having SO MUCH FUN reading this omg

Oh I never want this book to end

Oh my god

Going into this book blind was the best thing ever. These characters are unhinged (kinda scary) and I have no idea what to expect next. I love ittt

I did not need to be crying this hard after a shitty 1/4 shift how am I supposed to sleep now bye

I haven’t read a book that had me screaming, crying, giggling kicking my feet all in the first 70 pages.

This is about to be one of my favorite books I can feel it.

oh the yearning is perfection 😭

Please I am EATING this up

I am not ok. Is there no end to the Kaul family’s suffering???

Just when I think things can’t get any more emotionally devastating I am proved so very wrong 🫠

“Having lived so long in the uncompromising sunlight of Hilo’s love, the absence of his affection was a lifeless and unending winter.”

NO it’s too early for it to hurt this bad I can’t do this

CAN THERE BE NO PEACE FOR MY FAM pls leave them alone

Uhhh excuse me the fuck out HILO WHAT DID YOU DO

I’m so scared wtf is happening

I AM SCREAMINGGGG

I was fighting for my life trying to not get attached to anyone because I KNEW someone had to die but please this HURTS I hate this

“I always thought it was what I wanted: to be loved and admired. Now I think perhaps I’d like to be known.”

Oh I love it so much already

This is one CHUNKY book and I love it

Oh I’ve missed Poppy and Cas 🥹

Oh how I missed this world

I don’t want this book to end pls I love Arin and Essiya too much it hurts 😭

“Come back, Suraira. You’re hiding again.”

“Hiding is what I do best. You and your ocean of maps still haven’t found me.”

Bye the tension is too much, they have me in a chokehold.

Ohhh the FMC & MMC really loathe each other hehehehe I’m obsessed

YOOOO I saw none of this coming and I am loving it

oh I’m giddy this is too good

trust no one 😭

“Silence is a statement. Inaction picks a side. And when those lead to personal benefit, they are complicity.”

Oh I am SAT for this

“The ring burned again and again and again.”

Please don’t read this book. Turn away from it. I’m warning you. There’s still time for you. I’m trying to save you from a world of hurt. A book has never hurt me so much before.

“She couldn’t fix herself anymore, and no one seemed inclined to even notice she was breaking.”

“You’re like a rose in a graveyard. I wonder what you could have turned into without the war.”

OH I’m never gonna recover from this book ever bye
