Surprisingly a lot in this book annoys me but this one is truly wild: the premise of adopting a cat before work ? Like what the fuck ? You adopt a cat at 8, leave her at home and go to your 9-5? Ridiculous and shitty behavior towards the cat. Something I just can’t tolerate. She didn’t even prep her flat for the new cat ?!

Really not into reading chats for pages on end

Re-read and re-loving it

Really lost so far -I like Vero but from the synopsis I expected something different from the story and don’t really get the abduction…

A bit boring so far - it feels like a report at the moment and I am really trying to get into this

Liking this more and more but honestly this little twist ? I saw it coming from miles away and the way it was told was so ridiculous. Like, we are in the heads of these characters. We know what they think and feel. So hiding something from the reader when the character for sure is thinking about it at some place in the story just doesn’t make sense!

I dont know how she grabs everyone by the back of their heads and smashes them together so quickly and forcefully that they go knock out when she appears to be smaller than all of them? Does she just jump up, grabs them and bam? I mean sometimes she even stands in front of them?

All the info dumping and over explaining is getting a tad annoying
