I love how a Chinese character described as speaking in accent-less English has a British accent. 🙄

Simon sounds like Eeyore. Clarey sounds like a valley girl. And he’s mispronouncing Maryse Lightwood’s name. 😭 It hurts us.

I officially hate the audiobook narrator. Catarina’s accent keeps changing. In a span of a few minutes it went from French to Chinese to Transylvanian to German. Dude, no accent is fine. She’s old enough to have figured out how to have no accent like Magnus. Otherwise, pick ONE and stick with it. Also, Jayce now sounds like a surfer dude. Why? Just why? 🤦‍♀️
