First couple chapters in the present were rough. But I've been enjoying the past chapters well enough

Really wish this had an editor. There's good ideas. But the grammatical issues and incomplete sentences have been a struggle in this book.

I remember nothing of the first two books that I read before the author returned and wrote this one. Nothing other than I loved them. So here's hoping that's enough! Time to finish the trilogy, 14 years later.

How strange that one could feel such sustained grief over the loss of another, even after learning of their deception. It was not just the lose of a person though, but of an idea. An image you both had a hand in creating. Perhaps that is why it hurt so much.
