I am on chapter 5

This book has not only helped me prepare for counseling, but is also leading me to a deeper understanding of me, which is starting the process of me healing.

Very good book, will inspire you to once again met Christ in the Spiritual Disciplines.

This book, gave me a great GPS to prayer. I asked my wife almost two years ago to buy it for me for Christmas. I had found it on Facebook, and she did! It took me almost two years to open it, but I finally did. I read a chapter a day, except for four days I missed. This will be the beginning of New Journey for me, my own prayer pilgrimage. Blessings, I hope you will all read it.

I am on the Last Chapter, what a blessing this Book has been to me. Brannon Hancock you need to read this book. It is not one of Academia, but one I fell you will enjoy.

Chapter 8

I have now read chapter five, which has been the my favorite so far. I call it the Catholic chapter. To me it communicates the power, humbleness, and beauty of prayer in the lives of our Church fathers.

This has been an awesome read so far, have some great quotes, and wonderful history. Only on chapter three so far. This would be a good read for all my professors, although not very academic in writing style. Still a very good read.
