Thank you Net Galley!!! This book is so hard to put down but it’s a long one so hold on to your seat belts, you’re in for a long ride. The Help had me laughing and crying, much like this one! You can’t help but love Birdie and Meg.

It’s been a slow start for me but I’m getting more sucked in as I go. It does have a “The Help” feel so I find myself comparing a lot.

Kingfisher reminds me a lot of Xaden in Fourth Wing. It’s a little spicer already than I expected but it’s keeping me turning the pages.
