I read this back in 2018 and gave it a reread for the book club I’m hosting for December. It was an absolute delight to read again.

I read this because my son liked it and wanted me to read it. It kept me entertained during spooky season and while trying to clean my house during a flood.

***Giving this another try four years later. I was ten days away from giving birth when I wrote the last review. I was also more sensitive to language back then. Now, I’m ready, Beartown. Bring it on. Backman, let’s try this again.
