OBSESSED. Also, HOW LONG IS THIS BOOK? It feels like everything is going to come to a head any second, but I'm only halfway through the thing. Not complaining, just--what's going to haaaappen?!

I love this even though I'm horrible at remembering who anyone is or any details of the case

Some of the writing verges on "too" academic to be easily relatable, which I only mention because her most relatable moments are so powerful, I hate the thought of missing any. This is a fancy way of saying "it goes over my head sometimes." But what a thoughtful, articulate, moving writer Leslie is, and super adept at drawing parallels. (But also I did have to collect myself when she used the word epistemological)
