Finished the opening intense romance period. Powerfully written, a lot of self destructive and lustful motives abound so far.

Very captivatingly written.

Easy to read, clear, at times depressing with moments of levity. Good historical references of the development of courtroom systems.

A slow burn, psychological thriller with interesting characters and intriguing atmosphere. A good representation of the War on terror phase of the 2000's. Lacking in pace and energy in paces to be honest, but I feel a shocking ending is in place. Let's hope I'm proven right!
