It’s kind of slow but I’m enjoying the story Hanna Casey. First book I’m reading by this author. May or may not look for others by her but if I come across one, I’d give it a chance.

Reading my 20th book to complete my Goodreads 2016 Reading Challenge. Queen Sugar.

So far so good. First Christmas book of the season.

My first holiday read for f the season.

Loving it. It took longer than expected for the secret to come out but boy when it did! I didn't see that coming.

Discovered this book while looking for another. Didn't get it that day but, it's been on my to-read list. Looking fwd to checking it out.

Read an inspiring story abt a woman who decided at 40 to switch careers from a hairdresser to an engineer. Yes, it was a struggle but she persevered to the end and attained her goal. I love stories like but as I approach my 41st bday I was especially moved.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this book. The content is very down to earth, relatable, and thought provoking. I laughed at many parts, raised my eyebrows at others. I'd like to pass it on to bless someone else but they'll have to contend with my highlights.

So far it's great! One or two chapters didn't engulf me but the good thing abt non-fiction books is that I could skip those chapters and continue where I wanted without missing a beat. I've laughed quite a few times and became very reflective at other times while reading. I'm so grateful that I heard Jen's interview on Family Life Today. An introduction to a great author!

The library lover in me is really enjoying this book. Lindsey is like a modern day Jessica Fletcher, my favorite amateur sleuth.

Loving it. The journey Sam is on to remember who she was before marriage, how she will live after divorce is intriguing. I've been divorced but never after spending nearly half of my life with someone so I identify but I don't. If I wasn't so darn sleepy I'd keep reading but I must stop for tonight.

Reading this book is like the journey the author was on on the book. Like I'm sure it took Elizabeth some time to write this year long journey, it's taken me this long to read it. I started it last year while on vacation but put it to the side when I got back to the frills of everyday life. I'm hoping to finish it soon but I'm enjoying, therefore, not rushing the journey.

I totally identify with Sins of the Mother. Children so easily judge their parents, not considering some wouldn't be where they were without the help of those parents. I just wish my family had a trust full of money for me so I could spend my life doing what I love regardless of the income it provided.

The theme is repeated a bit too often but I'm waiting for the bottom to fall out of Olivia's business to add to the family dynamics.
