Went into this forgetting the summary and genuinely did not realize it was a 'dystopian' novel thought this was just about the current state of the US.

rereading the lightning thief alongside the show coming out in order to mark along in the book, so this will be a SLOW read lol

im not far in and i'm enjoying what i'm reading so far but GOD it's like reading my inner thoughts at times. this book is just incredibly relatable so far

felt like it was time for a reread of the series

I'll be honest, I went into this with kind of low expectations, wasn't expecting much from it. But it's actually not that bad of a read so far and I do really like the MC.

I wasn't sure about starting this next book in the series, wasn't insanely interested in the first one but I wanted to continue the story, definitely a better book so far and finding myself much more interested in it!

This was a book I kind of wasn't insanely excited about and don't even remember how it ended up in my TBR but I'm glad it did because it's fantastic so far

Im liking this more then the prologue book

Definitely getting better, don't feel like I'm being thrown new confusing information every two lines. MC is very relatable.

I mean I'm enjoying this book (Naomi Novik is such a great writer) but god there has just been SO much info dumped

I'm liking this book more then I thought I would considering I'm not a huge fan of Alice in Wonderland. But god this book is unnecessarily long so far.
