Very close to being an autobiography,but with a happier ending.Agnes married- Anne"s beloved died.

So far,I love it .
The book starts off in August 2011 when a 27 year old Swedish girl " with 2000 books and three friends" decides to travel after being made redundant from her job on a Swedish bookshop.
She has struck up a pen-pal relationship with Amy Harris ,who writes to Sara from her small,one-horse town called Broken Wheel,in the county of Cedar ,in Iowa, USA.This is a real place , although the story is fiction

Might go back to this one...

Quite good but a little slow and unexciting in parts.Pethaps it's the translation from French to English? Interesting geographically to see how the world has changed since Victorian times.
