I just can't bear to finish it...

?!?!?!?!!???????
I was absolutely certain I was at least halfway through, if not nearing the end. This trauma is worse than Liveship Traders. Literally trauma after trauma and when you think it can't get any worse it does. And I'm not even halfway?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!? Good God

Such a slow start to the year for me. It's Feb and I've read nothing - n o t h i n g! Majorly in the throes of ADHD. I've only just managed to dip into this one again!

the audiobook just came out and i struggled with the print of the book so starting again

FINAL STRETCH LADS

i need to stop starting new fantasy tomes when i have others to finish >__>

Rereading a YA fave

been halfway through since like October 😩

i started this months ago but about 1/3 through lost motivation for it until a customer @ work told me it gets REALLY good after the point i paused at so i will persevere….

one of the worst fantasy novels i’ve read in recent years, lol? i don’t know whether to grind through the last 100 pages or to just give up. i am so bitterly disappointed as the marketing of the ARC was - at least in my view - a high stakes military fantasy w/ dragon riders. intriguing premise, right?? alas, this is… not that. it’s a romance novel with some dragon stuff happening in the background. 😭

so far this is reading as classic pop-romance-YA with dragon stuff happening in the background... waah

i keep starting new books and not finishing current reads
2 things so far: the dragons are cool, this cover is the WORST thing and this book does not deserve it

Already I can tell this is probably going to be my favourite book of 2021.

anyways this is killing me

For some reason I thought I'd read this back in 2016, but I never finished it. It's even better than I remember it! Also, I'm... overwhelmed by Tim Curry's narration of the audiobook.

Lucky enough to score an arc from work! I am so unbelievably excited to read it. I know it's gonna make me miss NYC like hell.
