As an architecture student, literally from ergonomics to urban planning, data is GENERAL. I hate how there is little data to support female centered spaces. Honestly, the first few chapters alone should be required reading for us.

P.S. Its just so funny that when reviewing plans, we women design the toilets bigger than the mens, while my male blockmates make them both equally sized.

Reading this slowly, wanting to take my time. We've reached the architectural perspective about how much mixed-use developments benefit women more, and its so crazy because I myself can't imagine living in a suburb with clean cut houses and yards. I guess asian homes have always had that (shop houses, mixed-use communities) and the modernization or westernization of our homes in the country makes me sad.

So far its pretty much been the introduction of the main characters. I don't know what to feel about them yet. The prose is lovely, yet the book is slow paced.
