So far I am enjoying the Introduction. The format and organization are simple and easy to follow. So far I have only checked out a few herbal/plant pages but they seem comprehensive - for this novice. There are physical descriptions of plants, where to find them, and how to prepare them depending on the need. You can look up conditions or plants when applying info to life.

Really helpful for how to work through emotions/thoughts that stunt/deter peace. That last section of chapters (from part 4 forward) were quite repetitive; also the concept of death being the point of Life did not jibe well with me as it was too linear and not multifaceted at all.

I'm not even half-way through; and this writer has crafted a beautiful creation. He has woven together mind (heart), body, and spirit into a melody - no an opus. There is a child-like anticipation like what you may have felt on the way to a new dance class. There is an eagerness to learn the steps; in-order to master this beautiful dance of Life. It's invigorating to find new tools in this time of defining Self.

Just finishing up 5th chapter; and Singer's approach to unpacking Self awareness is very much appreciated.

So far my favorite part is her recollection of Red Rice Day. The interaction with her mom that day warmed my soul bringing tear-pricks to me eyes and a smile to my face. Though she first met her mom as ateen

So far, so good. Successful promotions are attainable when you 1) think/make decisions/behave vastly diff from previous role 2) quickly learn the core tools/assets/partnerships that are necessary to bring about positive impact(s), and 3) create small success(es) in the first few weeks of your initial 3 months.

I've been reading up on women's toning for many years. I have also read many books on nutrition. I never would have imagined that your level of melanin determines how fat metabolized in women's bodies! Even the basic function of digestion differs based on your level of melanin! #goodrrad

The "big boss" battle converted the genre from Sci-Fi to Fantasy; I refuse to slough through to finish the book (and I very very rarely abandone a book so near the end).

FINALLY got my hands on this book! Maybe by the time I finish it George will have FINALLY finished the next one (one can hope)

Reading the intro and I'm fully intrigued....we suffer our way to wisdom....
