Maybe I'm not as into me as I thought - I can get five pages in before I feel like it's enough navel-gazing.

Misplaced the book. Le sad!

Been reading a lot of the equivalent of intellectual Twinkies, honestly. But it makes me happy, so it's okay. :)

Note to self - Next time book is lost, complain on Goodreads and it will magically summon the book back.

Am sad to say that despite some of the neato insider info, it's not as fun to read as I had supposed. Maybe it's b/c he's just describing all the fencing practice, but I'm a wee bit bored by his writing voice. Especially after coming down off of that awesome Joss Whedon bio.

I've come to conclude that my copy of this book is cursed. Would you believe it's lost again, and I can't find the damned thing anywhere?!

This book makes me miss Elder Wirthlin a lot - he and Elder Maxwell were my favorite speakers when they were alive.

I had no idea this was going to be an encyclopedia-style book, so it's going to be a slow, sporadic read. Thus far, it's like reminiscing with old friends about a happy past.

TBWCYL is only readable in chunks. So I started this one. Fort Bragg gets shout-outs, yay!

This book is inappropriately hilarious, especially if you've ever read any kind of self-help book.

Oh my gosh. I can't count the # of times I've laughed aloud.
