Reading with Sebastian is one of my favorite things to do, and getting to read such a well written story and, no doubt, watch and exceptional set a movies with him will be a delight.

This is such a cool historical fiction novel. I love the play on vampirism and slavery, and how the story is written to align to such a well-documented history.

This book is miserable and so hard to read as a mom and a human. It might be a DNF because I keep abandoning it for other books.
