There are major continuity issues from book 1-2 so far. At the end of book 1, the darkness is trapped, then put into magic storage. In book 2 it’s trapped on the beach. In book 1 Ostara is Nova and Bernadette’s grandmother, while Nova’s mother is off “finding herself”. In book 2, Ostara is Nova’s mother. This information just appeared so it will be interesting how else the 2 deviate.
