So incredibly well written, being immersed in other worlds is exactly what I need right now. Escapism that gives back and doesn't cause harm thats my vibe

I rarely read so many books of the same genre at once but here we are and I am enjoying every moment

I have been HIGHLY anticipating this reread since Rhythm Of War was published. I walked into my local library the other day, saw the first three books of this series on the shelf and like a greedy b$%&h I borrowed them all 💪😅 overcommitted like a boss 😎

Not going to lie this is a way slower burn than what I expected

I specifically went into this one without knowing anything about it other than its popularity. I have read ACOTAR and the Throne of Glass series so not a Maas virgin; I expect spice and love the crude but realistic vernacular.

So far, definitely liking the modernism and world building so far.

My first day back at work after two weeks holiday and I am not in the mood, luckily I have this audiobook to soothe my nervous system lol. I need a new book listening hobby 🤔
