Strange story of a woman who is called back to the valley where she spent summers with her Aunt, to take her place doing the sketching and more for the almanac she was putting together. Her Aunt and she had similar passions in natural paintings and sketching of flora and now she is called back to replace her after she has a strange illness in which she is unable to see her Aunt until she is "settled".
