Tabled. Book was too much of a picture book for my taste.

Basically, don’t do what “startups”
Don’t raise. Don’t hire too much. Grow slow and methodical. Stay focused don’t listen to your friends as they are probably too negative. As I read this, I keep finding myself saying “sooo true!”

Nice to see a diverse group of business in sector and geography.

Rereading pieces. Great bite sized tidbits

So far so good. Articles are somewhat “in the ideal world we would do xyz” but there are actionable pieces for sure. Love the graphs of expected production payback periods...also the ideology around prediction and forecasting. will be adopting that for my team :)
