The second book I have read in honor of AAPI Heritage Month that opens with a content warning ASWELLAS a reminder that while this story is representative of the author's experience, the experiences in the story do not represent everyone from their culture and I'm here for it! On the one hand I wish those warnings didn't have to be included but on the other hand they are v important!
