This book is amazing, I've never really had it happen with fantasy books, but because it's about politics, accounting, women in power and does not even try pull off the "it's allowed to be racist because it's fictional" I am Hooked. A LOT happens tho, so I will probably have to read it at least twice to pay attention to everything.

So... Today I realized I've owned this book for 5 years and I read it every summer. It's part of a ritual by now. And everytime I sympathize so much with Rachel, I think mainly because her depressing life is how I imagine my own twenties/thirties...
