I feel like this is all over the place… I was super hopeful but alas not worth continuing I think.

Yeah still just about the relationship no ghosts… they talk a lot about ghosts but none show up??

This is just a romance which is not the vibe I wanted. So few ghosts… I thought this would be more spooky which is the vibes I expected by the cover and title 🫠.

I’ve been staying up late reading… which is a good problem to have and hasn’t happened in awhile but man I’m sleepy! But sooooo good so far

DNF but marking as done after this because we talked about it at bookclub and not worth it to finish … sadddd I wanted more ghosts

Fun so far!

DNF because got returned (hold line is long) and not sure it’s worth it to get in line again. Just ok

It got auto returned to the library so now I have a 10 week hold before I can finish it

Audio book got returned to the library and not sure if/when I’ll be able to get it back

So far it’s more of the same. In the first book it was fun but now it just feel repetitive… the ghost story is not progressing? I like hearing about the characters lived BUT this is too much - ratio wise with the rest of the story

So far this feels like an exposition of characters? I’m getting lost and the flow feels disjointed. Might put a pause on this…

We started together as a road trip audio book but then someone listened while I wasn’t there soooo Making a guess in % and will fix later when I get it from Libby.

I usually like split timelines but this feels chaotic. I also am starting to dislike our main character. She needs to use her brain more.

The characters are bothering me, doing dumb things
