Because it's 21:20 now and still March 8th, and my bestie and I were meant to start last year in March as well but due to me we put it off.
And now it's March again so while I remember and while it still is Woman's day, I figure I should add it now.

I get the grass is always greener on the other side bit to it, but still my all in all reaction is "Huh?!"
But I can't not think that Hans isn't to be envied for his own positive take on things even in face of major setbacks.
Is he stupid? Greedy? Gullible and naive? Or all of the above?

I just don't quite get it...
Why would the king put up his daughter as a prize for a race if he himself didn't really care to wed her off in that fashion?!
If he wanted to wed her off to a rich person, as a king he could have arranged for it that way...
And if the girl just wanted to race, they could have held carnivals and games, not hold her up as the prize...
Just weird...

I'd planned to only update when I was done with it, but it's taking forever lol
And the 157 is a hoax; the book really misses a lot of numbers every few pages.

Okay, males are jerks all the time, my first glimpse of the Grimms bros, and well... I repeat even a rabbit managed to be a jerk, and he had it coming, lol.
Talk her into following you, just to enslave her to work! COME ON!

There was no page: 120, 123, 125.

It skipped pages 112 & 115, so technichally on page 114. And even way less in terms of lengths of pages.
And it took me well over three hours to get from page 94-113.
For a not dyslexic person, I am beyond morbidly slow, and whenever I think my speed is picking up I realize it's not :(
And this thing is sucking the life out of me...

More like on page 26.5; the thing starts on page 12/325.
And also, I count basing on the amount of typing on a single page, not actual page flips.

Well I read the usual preface and acknowledgements and changes to edition that's like an extra 10 pages come on! The book is 1345 including those extra stuff but, oh well! How pathetic and sad! 1 chapter down, hope this edition is luckier than the former edition where I stopped somewhere early chapter 2. Just 33-35 more days!

And 5 pages ate up 2 hours.
My pace just worsens :-(

Each time I restart this story, oddly I am much slower. I think I reached like chapter 7 or 8 first time I started and that took me like maybe 3-4 hours, then I kept restarting first two chapters, this time I also restarted the first two, only this time each chapter took me an hour.
Reading a jar file so no clue how many actual pages my version has to offer, but the file says the end of chapter 2 is at 7%.

I'm really the world's slowest reader, 2 chapters took me forever, and only to learn that what I read in like 2 hours was just 7 pages.
