It’s only taken 1/4th of the book for them to finally meet. But maybe this anticipation is what I needed. I’m honestly enjoying the book so far and it has me wanting to read more

I picked up this book from camping, in a take one leave one box, and I was immediately intrigued to know about how the Canadian Justice System sucks
I’m only 18 pages in and there’s been a few stories already that just make humans themselves suck. Not just the Justice system.

Book so far is alright. We’ve met the main characters Adeline and no name for our man yet. (I haven’t done as much reading ABOUT this book as lot of people have, I was just gifted this book)
I don’t have any complaints yet in the book, other than Adeline needs to build self respect and not let guys like Greyson. I also get not wanting much of a relationship w/ur mom but if she’s visiting; be nice :’)
