Book is alright. It has been a little underwhelming, and I am not sure why.
The prose is okay. The idea is interesting. I'm not sure if it's because I have seen the movie, but I think the book is better. We'll see how it ends. The setting is nice; although, I found it hard to visualize. I think the writing falls flat on impacts and development. I can't quite put my finger on it.

What a journey! I've been rereading some of my highlights from earlier in the book, and I'm amazed at how much has passed.

I have hope for Gareth for redemption; I was saddened to see the quick glimpse at Gawaine's unstable behavior in the future. I thought Gareth had the most hope; followed by Gawaine; Gaheris; and then Agravaine.

I forgot how relieving it is to read this book. I was reminded of the wonderful detail T.H. White provides for this setting; it makes me want to dive into a medieval RPG and experience what Arthur did.

Alright Lem. I see you. I really appreciate Kelvin's arrival to the station; it heavily reminded me of the main character's arrival to Rapture in the video game, Bioshock. I also enjoy his method of building tension and his attention to small details with painting a picture. I ESPECIALLY love Kelvin's self-awareness; when he removes the suit; when he enters Gibrarian's room.

As I read this book, I feel as though I have zoned out of it. I'm not sure why, but I'm happy to be reading this book.
I'm at a point where I want to read so many other books, but I must finish what I am currently reading. Regardless, I find myself enjoying this book and loving Adams' writing. Maybe I should re-evaluate the way I read books so I can be more present(?)

I took a short break with the other stories I was reading, and decided to pick this one up. So far, Zaphod Bebblebrox and Marvin take the spotlight on this book--and Ford Prefect too.
I am really enjoying this book (:

I don't know, y'all. This book is already a little difficult to read; it feels very comic-y and I know it's a satire, but this book has irked me a bit. It started off okay with one of the scientists going out to bring the One match with him on the ship; I knew it was satire because of its absurdity, but the way the woman is portrayed and treated just make me slightly uncomfortable.

Book has interesting turn of events and I'm currently before the MC's trek across the ice. There's so much to this novel that encourages thought experiments and open-mindedness when it comes to how society evolves.

I think that is an amazing quality about this novel.
I haven't read any other novel that has encouraged this amount of pondering. Can't wait for the ending.

Currently at the part where the Wart is turned into a merlin and is hanging out with the other birds. I'm taking my time reading this book because I have school going on and work, and I'm trying to keep my head up with this novel. I love King Pellinore; he was written so well for comedic relief. I also really enjoy the innocence of the Wart. I hope he goes through some intense character development so we can all grow

Fun to read. Something very light and interesting to just read and unwind to. I like to read it in my head with the voice of the narrator behind Little Big Planet or the voice of the narrator at the beginning of the movie. He’s a popular English narrator, and it makes the book all the more fun to read (:
